Caliber provided outstanding customer service from beginning to end. All the credit to the skilled technicians at Caliber and customer service communication to Dave. Dave was in constant communication with us daily about the progress of our repairs and the status of our vehicle. Dave went to bat for us continuously with the insurance company in and effort to make sure our vehicle was being repaired to as close to factory new as possible. I am grateful to Dave and the employees at Caliber for all their hard work and attention to detail on our repairs.

I am very satisfied with Caliber Collision. From my first visit throughout the finished delivery today the experience has been first rate. John Marsh and his team did a great job and he kept me updated on the work in progress. My CRV looked so good upon pickup today. Great looking repair and my car was so clean it looked almost new. I would recommend Caliber Collision above anyone and thank you all who worked on my team to restore my car back to how it should be.

The team was upfront and communicative from the beginning. They provided an estimate for the repair timeline within 24 hours and keep me updated. They were flexible with my pick up being a day later due to some holiday travel. They returned my car cleaner than when I dropped it off and made sure I knew how to maintain the new repairs.
