My experience was absolutely amazing. I honestly feel like my car was courted by caliber. If this were a first date you all would definitely get a second, lol. The Customer service was remarkable. Service like this is hard to find these days. I am thoroughly pleased with Calibers customer and repair services.

Excellent experience and customer service from start to finish. When I dropped off, I arrived on a tow truck right at closing time. The staff showed great kindness and patience, allowing me time to move my car seats and personal belongings to complete the drop off. I received frequent updates on my car’s status throughout the repairs, so I always felt comfortable there was good progress being made. I never had to call the shop even once for an update, since they pushed out information so regularly. Can’t emphasis enough how much I appreciated how easy they made it to track the repairs. Now that my car is finished, it looks great and was returned clean as the day I bought it. Of course, I hope I don’t need their services again, but they would absolutely be my first choice if I did…10/10 recommend!

The entire team was kind and professional from the front staff to the gentlemen who repaired my vehicle. They always kept me informed with the progress of repairs. And they were expedient in resolving one small issue that happened after the repairs were done. I would definitely go back for future repairs & refer to others as wel!
