I am still awaiting a call back. We picked the car up with a new dent in the trim work above the door. The representative took pictures and said he would have my advisor call me, but I have not received a call. The overall repair took longer than expected as well.

Justen’s communication was awesome throughout the process. There were some delays, which isn’t an issue, but what is annoying is when the delays aren’t properly communicated. That was not the case with Justen, and I will do my best to get him anytime my car needs a repair!
