The outside work was great. I thought the car was cleaned if all glass debris and dust debris from the work done, however when I got it home I had to spend additional time cleaning the vehicle of dust buildup from the captains chairs back. Additionally, there was still broken glass in the back of the vehicle. On the statement there was a charge for glass cleanup of half an hour. There was also a spot on both back seats of black tar like material in the fabric- maybe black paint or black adhesive. Overall, communication was great, the repairs look wonderful, just the cleanup was subpar.

I'm not pleased with the outcome of the work. I've brought the car back two times and had to call several times. And the issue still has not been resolved. Requested a call back from management at Caliber several days ago and that has not happened either. NOT satisfied
