I'm not pleased with the outcome of the work. I've brought the car back two times and had to call several times. And the issue still has not been resolved. Requested a call back from management at Caliber several days ago and that has not happened either. NOT satisfied

Caliber has taken care of my vehicle twice now if I'm not mistaken, and they have done a tremendous job overall both times!!

Mark(during the process of repairs) and Shannon and Brian(after repair fix up) were all very helpful and professional and especially Shannon and Brian went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of after I brought the car back having just driven it off the lot initially.
