Mark(during the process of repairs) and Shannon and Brian(after repair fix up) were all very helpful and professional and especially Shannon and Brian went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of after I brought the car back having just driven it off the lot initially.

No need to contact. The work done was great! The only negative thing that I have to say is that I wish they would be a little more upfront with the estimated completion date. My date was pushed out two weeks further. A few days seems reasonable, but two weeks is a little much. Also, the original cost estimate was way under budget than what it actually ended up costing.

Repairs weren’t finished and they left electrical components un plugged. My trunk button stopped working. My plate mount wasn’t reinstalled correctly. My dash cam wasn’t reinstalled correctly. You guys really didn’t do a good job. The one thing I will give yall props on was the paint. Yall blended the paint BEAUTIFULLY
