Scheduled drop off appointment. When I showed up, it wasn't on the schedule. Didn't receive progress updates as I was told I would. When arrived to pick up appointment, it wasn't ready. Waited an hour for completion. Issues with repair that need to be fixed. Was told "next week" for the fix, 3 weeks ago and still no appointment to fix poorly done pinstripe and misaligned front bumper.
