Very, very satisfied. Our representative told us he would call us with updates every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday about the status of our and and he did. Most places don’t call you and don’t return calls. We were very impressed with keeping his word, his professionalism, politeness, making sure we understood what was happening, and answered all our question. We will highly recommend Caliber Collision to our friends.

From the front desk to the communication with the Service Advisor, Brian Rustay, the customer service was exceptional. I appreciated the text updates as I was out of town for work on a different time zone, but I felt like I was always in the loop. We are also very pleased with the final work.
