Lack of communication on the status of my vehicle. It was in paint getting finishing touches, then it wasn’t, then it was an excuse that the tech working my vehicle was fired. Tried to called and speak to someone multiple times and was unable to reach anybody to give me answers. Ended up going up to the location to speak to someone in person regarding my vehicle status.
