I was updated on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays just as they said I would be. I was originally told my car would be ready by 5/15 and I actually received it on 5/5. The work done to my car was great and the color was matched perfectly. Thank you Caliber Collision

I was text the car was ready . When I arrived I saw overspray on several areas . Also the front bumper was not aligned properly. The mirror paint job was maybe a 5/10 and they repainted and it was maybe a 8/10 with the tape job showing in final . I was not impressed but I took the vehicle because my wife and I had been sharing vehicle for 5 weeks.

Ladies at front desk were nice. I went up there to look at car because i saw it parked up front like it was complete. I told the ladies my concerns , she said she would pass the info along but still after I was called to come pickup vehicle the same issues existed.

Cory did a great job getting the body lines matched up and did well with repairing the damaged rear quarter panel. The painter did an amazing job with blending the rear quarter panel into the bumper, door, etc. and you can’t even tell it was repaired.
