I was recommended Caliber Collision by a friend of mine and I was not disappointed. My car looks better than ever. It's just like new again! The team working on my vehicle promised me a pick up date next week but fixed it 2 days early AND before the weekend. I couldnt have asked for a better outcome. :) So glad I used Caliber!

Fraudulent business practices (Caliber in Sunnyvale) and worst customer service by telling lies and keeping money from insurance for task they haven’t done. They cannot provide proof of valid license number and warranty coverages for their sublet vendors or contractors. They would ignore replying your questions and then yell at you with bad attitudes for even asking.

A lot of lies and scams with Caliber Center in Sunnyvale. Returned your car with half done job and still charge you for full amounts. Troubling and blaming their customers after taking full payments when customer tried to redeem for services that they have paid by giving very hard time on rescheduling appointment (unwling to accommodate your work schedule or drop off timeframe) and does not offer any loaner car to commute back or to pick up. Inflated prices by 50-60% higher than original estimate/ approved price from this shop for insurance frauds using customer’s policy account.

We were welcome when we walked in the office by Jennifer and she verified info and introduced Gerson Perez to us. Gerson immediately take our car in and gave estimate and work on my car right away. The office kept us informed the progress and able to completed two days ahead. They are very professional and my car looks great. we are so pleased with the work and will tell everyone about them.

Fantastic experience. Your staff are all talented. The woman who assisted me at the front desk was kind and welcoming, and the tech who worked on my vehicle was extremely knowledgeable and professional. Very pleased with the repair, looks like the damage was never there! 5 stars!
