Scheduling and communication were timely and efficient . The shop and office were clean and in order . The repair was done to my satisfaction and I can be rather picky. The car was returned to me clean and freshly washed . Individual I dealt with was Victoria Oliver. Victoria was professional and thorough in every aspect . I am the COO of a local physics company and deal with multi disciplinary teams on a daily basis . Victoria represents to me everything right about the younger generation .
