On the contrary, I would never recommend them to anyone, especially if you need your car back, as the wait is incredibly long no matter how simple the job is.

Long wait times and Progressive Insurance doesn't trust its employees, ignoring the scanner codes. They're not good at fighting for customer rights; they only care about collecting payment as much as they can, and everything else you have to sort out elsewhere.

This was the best customer service experience I've had in several years. Morgan was fantastic. He kept me informed every step of the way he was polite. He was helpful. He was kind and he was very aware of how upset I was about this entire situation and tried to make the whole process as easy as possible for me. I just picked up the car yesterday, but so far the work is beautiful. It was finished ahead of time and I'm extremely happy with the results.

Customer service was professional and easy to work with for the time they had my car. I appreciated the updates. I was a bit disappointed with the final results and clean up of the glass inside the car. When I pointed out pieces of glass in the door, on the seat, and on the floor the staff did take it in the back to vacuum it. I had told them when I dropped it off that I was worried about all the glass because my daughter had cut her hand when brushing it off her shirt when it first happened. I guess I was expecting a more thorough detailing for safety. On the outside of the car, the black paint on the hood is ok. They had circled a white paint mark (from my daughter bumping our garage) in red to single it was not part of this claim. I completely agreed. However, they did not buff off all the red marker used. It is still there.
