First of all, will at the front desk was outstanding. He made us feel at ease and he told us that they would do a first class estimate on the car then he also told us that they would be willing to fix the car if we wanted it and then he made arrangements for us to get a rental car and also to take care of a couple of other items. He was just terrific. Evan was a wonderful, help to us working on the car and his communication with us as to every step of the way was just wonderful and very unusual. He was a terrific to work with and a real great example of what caliber can do.

They did an excellent job, kept me up to date about everything, got the vehicle fixed quickly, I highly recommend them to everyone, paint was down perfectly, the man at the front desk dressed as a woman with the long nails definitely creeped me out though, but he/it was respectful and I was respectful back.
