Evan W. was extraordinarily helpful, polite and accommodating. Frankly, from the moment I walked in stressed and dreading the whole process, Evan greeted me warmly and put me at ease by explaining everything that he would be doing, and the steps I should take. He described the way parts of the trunk attached and explained how the shop would be able to touch up some incidental spots (which I know he didn’t have to do, but really made me feel looked after!). The car was repaired with such care to derail that it looked better than when I purchased it. Evan and his team went beyond that though because my car had been cleaned and detailed on the inside as well. It felt like I was driving a brand new car off the lot! My whole experience was amazing!

I had a great experience. All of the staff members were very friendly and efficient. Evan was knowledgeable and informative. The text message updates with the link to my repair status were very helpful in knowing when my car would be ready. My car looked great when I got it back. On drop off and pick up day I was in and out quickly and did not have to wait. Highly recommend!
