The work pn the car was good, but dealing with Morgan at east syracuse shop was a pain in the ass. He promised me a wrong date for completion and he kept extending the date everytime I called him. His worst case senario date kept moving and thats when I had to contact corporate office and a regional manager took care of dealing with morgan. As soon as the manager got involved, they fixed my car in a couple of weeks. Very disappointing experience and would rather take my business to a local small business instead of caliber from next time. Morgan on calls was very dismissive of my seriousness of needing my car back. He often even told me that he didn’t even want my car at his shop, is that was the case then why did he take my car in the first place? Morgan does not deserve to work with caliber, he is probably doing the same with other customers.
