The most communicative company I’ve had the pleasure of interacting with. Insurance sent my car to the Taylor location to be fixed correctly and in a timely manner. Both the body work & Paint (Grill, passenger panel, hood) exceeds expectations. Looks amazing and the paint job was applied so well that you can’t really tell it’s had work done. Vehicle was done before the expected completion date by a whole work week. The biggest brag is JEN!! Updated me every step of the way, helped with insurance calls, answered any questions I had and even followed up to see if I had any.. the problem was she already was on top of it and had the stuff answered. Overall experience with Taylor Caliber Collision is a hard 11/10. Would recommend to any and all. Thank you, Dylan H.

I had an amazing experience with Caliber Collision from start to finish. Neil was incredibly helpful from the very beginning and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The communication was excellent — I received daily text updates so I always knew what was going on with my vehicle. They also made setting up my rental through Enterprise Rent-A-Car quick and easy. The customer service, professionalism, and overall experience exceeded my expectations. Everyone was friendly, organized, and truly cared about making the process as convenient as possible. The team at Caliber Collision made the entire repair process so easy and stress free. Communication was great from start to finish, and they kept me updated throughout everything.
