Outside looked good, but the inside was left without the cover that goes under the steering wheel. And my front passenger seat belt was left without big blobs of grease on it and i have been struggling to take it off of the seat belt and clothing i was wearing.

The repairs on my vehicle looked beautiful. It looked like a new car. I appreciated the fast service repair. They finished faster than estimated. Jen keep me inform through the whole process through texts, and she answered questions I had when we were face to face. She was clear as she explained how the repair process was going to work during the initial estimate meeting. I am satisfied with all the work they have done.

Very disappointed. I always thought Caliber Collision was always was higher standard then your regular body shop. I expected a better job then what was done. I was not up to arguing with the rep when I picked it up. But I definitely will not return or recommend Caliber Collision to anyone. I will be calling my insurance adjuster Monday morning.
