Customer service, communication, and repairs were all great up until picking up my car. I am rating my satisfaction a 6 because when I picked up my car it was making a weird sound, and I now have to take it back in to be looked at again. The sound was occurring since I picked up my car, and is very obvious the whole time my car is on. I am not sure how this was missed.
