I was treated with courtesy by the receptionist the minute I walked in the door. She, as well as Brandon communicated extremely well. Brandon looked at the damage, explained what needed to be done at the beginning, then continued to communicate throughout the repair. My car was finished in less time than expected and looks perfect. Also it’s convenient to go next door to Enterprise for a rental car. I have always used Caliber Collision because it’s an impressive business that treats customers well.

My experience with Caliber was great! My insurance recommended them and booked the estimate appointment over the phone. They were able to get me in that same day and was able to do the estimate. Brandon was my collision contact and walked me though the process. Decided to drop it off that day and left with a rental from next door! I picked up the car a week later good as new. Great communication with the staff and would highly recommend!
