I was well taken care of & my car was ready before the deadline. I received a call every other day informing me of what was taking place each day. I never had to call to inquire regarding the activities or procedure that was taking place. I will continue to use this location.

The staff at the location that I went to our second to none. They treated me like family they got everything done in a timely manner and I could not be happier with the service that I got at a place that I've never been to before. If I ever need any kind of body work or Collision work done they will be at the top of my list without fail. I had to go there because of an unfortunate accident that happened at my little car wash but they handled it like professionals and got me in and out in a very short amount of time once all the paperwork was done. I can see now why my car wash uses them as a trusted partner to take care of any unfortunate issues.

I’m unlikely to recommend them. When I first picked up my car, there was still a dent near the headlight and the paint job was not done well, which required me to bring the car back for additional work. While the issue was eventually corrected, it made me question the initial quality of the workmanship and quality control process.

They initially left a dent near the headlight and the paint job was below expectations, so I had to return the car for them to correct it. To their credit, they did a great job fixing the issue in the end. However, needing to bring the car back and the quality of the initial work lowered my overall satisfaction.
