Our 2nd repair handled by this store and Alan. Great experience all the way around. Timely communications, super friendly and professional staff, excellent repairs on our Audi. But what set this shop apart is definitely Alan! On my truck repair he ordered and installed a missing jack bracket. But when we went to pick up our Audi months later, I notice a green marker on my truck from its last repair. Alan saw it as well, went to shop and got some cleaner and got the mark off the tailgate, months after the repair and on a pick up service for another car! Unbelievable! Above & beyond customer service! I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else just because of Alan. He is awesome!
