Mr. David Hatfield @ Caliber Collision followed the Mission Statement of Caliber Collision Company. From the first time i entered the business all employees were very courteous and professional. David kept me in the loop when it came to work on my truck. From day one he informed to the status until i picked up my truck. Caliber has some very unique employees who go out of their way to make you feel appreciated. Mission Statement "To be the most trusted automotive service provider in every community we serve". 2. I don’t usually take the time to write reviews but my experience with David and the team at Caliber genuinely deserves recognition. From the moment I walked in, I was warmly greeted by the receptionist. I didn’t have an appointment but was assured that they were happy to accommodate me. They were professional, knowledgeable and communicative. David took the time to walk me through the repair process, explained what to expect, and kept me updated every step of the way. Most importantly there were NO surprises, just honest timelines, a detailed and fair estimate and consistent follow through. My car was even ready a day ahead of schedule! Quality of the work was exceptional. When I got my vehicle back, it looked absolutely flawless, as if the damage had never occurred. The attention to detail was evident. Even the interior was returned clean which was unexpected but an appreciated detail. Customer service like this is rare. I was treated with respect, David answered every question patiently and clearly takes pride in the exceptional work they do. When dealing with the stress of vehicle damage, David and the team at Caliber are exactly the kind of team you want in your corner. Highly recommend! THIS is how collision repair should be done. I hope not to need them again anytime soon BUT will definitely recommend them and return again should the need ever arise. A million thanks to David and the Caliber team!
