Very good job. Throughout the repair I was maintained informed of the process which was very informative and helpful. That is the way to treat a client. The only concern I have is that the steering feels tight. Perhaps is because of the alignment and will be relaxed later.

Body repair excellent. Alignment poor. Car pools heavily to the right. Returned the car and Caliber Collision said it was not. I know I am being gaslighted to avoid warranty repair. But they say that they Will imbestigate.

I had a very disappointing experience overall. Communication was poor from the start, and there was little to no follow-up. I constantly had to call just to get updates on what was happening with my vehicle. There was also no clear explanation of the work being done or the associated charges. On top of that, the final price ended up being higher than what was originally quoted, which was frustrating given the lack of transparency. To make matters worse, the final buffing job was sloppy—there is still wax left all over the car, making it feel rushed and unfinished. We will need to address the wax that is still visible on the hood section of the car. Overall, I’m very disappointed with the level of customer service and support.
