I was schedule to bring my car in on Sept 9 for an appointment and given a rental car...great; however, my car was not even looked at until 10-12 days after. I understand the facility was extremely busy but most insurance companies only have a 30 day rental period. My vehicle was fixed and ready on the 30th day. Appointments to bring in your vehicle for drop off should not be scheduled until a day or two before the facility is able to begin the work. The only other issue is when I went to pick up my car and pay my portion/$500 deductible, I was informed that you do not take cash; I had to then get to a bank to deposit money, in order, to give Caliber money. It would have been nice to know this before I came in. I was scheduled to pick up my car at the end of a business day and then had to run to the bank 5 miles away before they closed and Caliber closed; this is an undo hardship on the customer. Other then these two issues, everything else was great. Tammy at the Thornton CO location was fantastic; she kept in contact with me regularly with updates. She was very helpful, made me comfortable and just an all around delight.

Appreciated the communication and car looks fine. However, alignment was not done properly and we had to take to our own shop and pay for it.

Really bad experience with this guys, it's time that I don't have my truck back, they tell me it was going to be to 3-4 weeks maximum to have my truck done. As being 9 weeks and they can't done with my truck,, what I can say as being 9 weeks and I still waiting for my truck. So what I can say 1to 10 I say a 5.

The whole process was quick and easy. I appreciated the text notifications on the progress of the repairs. The repairs (luckily) only took over a week which I feel is pretty quick! The staff members were friendly. Great experience!
