Excellent customer service. Miguel Gutierrez was my point of contact and he went above and beyond. I had a lot of issues due to my insurance side but Miguel helped to speed up any process and guide me through everything from beginning to end. Another note is that he always answered his phone or returned calls very quickly!

Working with your team at 4302 190th St in Torrance CA was very unsatisfactory. Your team misinformed me, ordered wrong parts, and left scratches on my hood and roof that were not there prior to my arrival nor in the work area. Also have been waiting for over 5 weeks for a reimbursement from Caliber for parts not ordered and installed.
