Michael Gonzales was terrific. He kept me apprised and in the loop every week. The repair was completed way faster than I thought and it looked great. Melina at the front desk was also great. Super sweet, friendly and efficient.

THE WORST EXPERIENCE, I had to wait 7 months to get my car back for a fix that really would’ve taken 2 months max. And when I received the car, it was not even finished and Caliber collision did not remove the entire wrap of my car, so they gave me an unfinished car after 7 months. If I wasn’t such a nice person I would sue, but I already reported this to the better business bureau.

Took way to long to get my vehicle back for minor damage. Just the front bumper needed to be fixed but that took 2months.
