Maybe just a little more communication. The text messages I was receiving weren't all that accurate. The other thing is, a little more attention to detail when doing the final was and clean on the car before handing it over to the owner. I noticed when I got the car home, that there were many areas that could have been cleaned alot better. Example there was dirt and debris and leafs in the gallery of the windshield wipers are. Still a ton of dirt on the back hatch to the trunk area. The final clean on the exterior of the car looked very rushed, but the inside of the car was perfect.

Five ⭐️ Customer Service! I found myself in the unenviable position of needing collision repair after an accident with my 2024 GMC Sierra SLT. From start to finish, Jay and the team at Caliber Collision in Tualatin, Oregon were on it. Jay and Brianna kept the process moving forward, keeping me informed, giving me accurate information, and managed expectations as if I were their most important customer (which I am sure I am not).
