I dropped off my rental at the facility. I called Enterprise 2 days later as I hadn’t received a call or verification the rental was returned. It was then I found out the rental was still actively open. The enterprise worker helped ensure the rental was returned from the facility. She did inform me the tank was less than 3/4 tank (I filled it up Tuesday right before picking up my vehicle). Thankfully she waived the fees. Better communication between the facility and rental location would be beneficial to patrons.

I was really blown away by the once a day status txt. That was great. Try getting an Automotive Repair shop to even tell you that. your car is done and can be picked up.
