The team at Caliber Collision did an amazing job with the repairs on my vehicle. I was kept updated and informed with anything concerning the vehicle. I was told if there were any issues to come back and they’ll take care of it. I was thrilled and amazed at the service I received. My car looks brand new! Special thanks to Robert, the project manager. I received updates daily via text of the status of my car. Any questions I had he was happy to help me. I never felt rushed. He was so kind. Thank you! Thank you, Christina, front desk, for your cheerful and helpful assistance with all my calls. Thank you, Omar for delivering the car to me and then returning my rental for me. I told Robert that this was the best customer service I have ever received. They even fixed my side mirror for free and took the mat out of my trunk to wash it. Everybody went above and beyond what I would expect. And thank you everyone who did the bodywork on my car. It looks amazing.!
