Although it took a long time, the work was beautiful, looks like a brand new car. And everyone was so nice to deal with and very helpful. If I ever need body work again (hopefully I won't) I will head right back to you for service. Thank you much!!

I went in with anxiety of dropping my car off, not because it was Caliber Collision, but because I've had friends take cars to repair shops and tell me stories on how it took them over weeks, if not months, being without their cars. But from my insurance company claim process, they made everything easy! Especially Caliber Collision. Colby was the person responsible for overseeing my repair and was always communicating effectively and keeping me up to date on every step of the way. I really appreciate everything he did for me. When it finally came time to picking up my car. We did a walk-through, and the car was in perfect condition. Colby went above and beyond with cleaning up my headlights on my car because they were getting the yellowish film they get over the years caused by the calcium buildup from the water when I clean my car. Thank you, Caliber Collision, and especially Colby!

It took quite some time, but im honestly not upset about it because you guys took real good care of me regarding the repair process. I understand my insurance wanted to use low quality and used junk parts, and you guys refused to do so. I was told only new, OEM parts were used and that is invaluable to me so thank you. Not even mad ab waiting, as long as the repair was quality, which it seems and sounds like it was. Very happy with my experience. Car looks amazing too lol the detailing was fantastic, would absolutely come back to you guys if your services are ever needed by me again!

The car looks great but there are some small gaps or edges of the bumper sticking out, and the door has a piece of rubber sticking out behind the door panel, other than that, it was quality

Customer service was excellent, I do wish I got a phone call with updates regarding my repair especially since I waited about a month for the repairs to get finished, but I was taken good care of throughout the process, and so was my car. You guys did right by me
