The only thing that wasn’t exciting was how long it took to get my car back. They couldn’t help the issues that came up, but being without a car for over a month was tough. All of the staff members with whom I dealt, were very kind and polite. Thanks for that.

This is the third I've used Caliber Collision and always amazing work. Always efficient and always let me know what the status of my truck. At both locations the research and Oracle locations were amazing and fast. Reid at the Oracle location was very transparent and honest. This also goes for the research location. Will always come back

Reed was very professional, went out of his way to make the whole process easy and seamless. His communication from the assessment of the damage to handing over the keys to our immaculately repaired car that looked brand new was impeccably thorough and professional. He facilitated a rental for us and pushed hard into working late so that he could get us our car as promised. Hats off to the whole team and especially Reed for making this so easy.

The car is missing a piece. They promised to deliver it on 1/15. It's 1/17. I sent 2 messages and they haven't responded yet. I'm anxious. I want to be done with it and move on. But now, I have to follow up. Hopefully I can get some answers.
