My service tech, Reed, was very dedicated and stayed late on a Friday night to wait for a AAA call, but the call ended up being unnecessary. They thought my battery needed replacing, but the AAA test revealed it was fine. It would be good if they were able to test the battery in the shop

Caliber Collison did a fantastic job on every step of the process! Their office is immaculate. Their communication is clear and they are obviously a happy team that works well together. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Even though my repair was small, they still went the extra mile and vacuumed my car. Simeon, the General Manager is kind and honest. I would recommend Caliber and their stellar service to everyone I know.

We appreciated. They continuous open dialogue with the repair of our vehicle just as I had a question, the phone would ring, and one of your technicians was on the phone, giving us an update. The service was beyond superior.
