From the start with Amber Alderson assessing my truck damage and explaining process to me and answering all of my questions, she also offered that she could get my truck started sooner at Caliber collision new location3959 N Oracle and I agreed that is where Simeon Santa Cruz where I was always given updates on my vehicle, he was very cordial and professional and when I went to pick up my truck they had finished five days earlier than expected and the repairs were beautiful, I’m very pleased with the whole process everyone was very professional and knowledgeable. Thank you everyone involved with repairing my truck, it looks so beautiful!! And the process was so easy.

I am very pleased with the repairs to my Outback. The entire staff was helpful and responsive to my requests and needs for my repairs. I send special kudos to Reed, who often communicated the progress and problems, with politeness and honesty, while repairing my Subaru. Of course I hope to never need them again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Caliber Collision.

Car was repaired with quality. But the automated system telling when it was going to be ready said it was ready on a day when it was closed and I went there to pick it up
