I gave Anthony the benefit of the doubt regarding the delays. However, not calling me regarding a delay in a part —sent a text I didn’t receive until after turning in my rental—wasn’t very professional. Also when I picked up my car the rear passenger tire was almost flat. I went up a few blocks and had to put air in it. It had 6psi only in it.

Communication was not what I would expect. I had to call to find out information on my car. Was told it would be done, but was not updated until I called that it would be a few more days. I also just notices that when the back panel was taken off on the hatch back door there was a dent made that wasn't there before. The dent is from the inside going out. The original dent is going from outside to inside. After the quote went up $2000. I decided to not get fixed at this time.
