Hi, a few years back I had my car repaired by your facility on 721 E 12th street and my left side of the bumper started prying off. I left it since it was still intact, and just kept pushing in the bumper in. But this time around I had my car repaired at your N Oracle location and the right side of the bumper is now prying off. Is there anything you guys can do to get it back to how it originally was?

They did everything they could to fix our car but were unable to gets required part To complete the work. Document all of the work they completed and provided a detailed report on all aspect of the repair.
