The workmanship was very good. However, in the afternoon on the day I was to pick up the car, I was receiving notifications on my phone that the driver door was left open. It remained open for a half hour so I then decided to call the shop to advise because I was concerned about the 12 volt battery. The door was closed a few minutes after my call. Also I was not happy that my car was not locked and all the windows were left open all evening. I had to remotely close them at 1a.m. through my Toyota app. After this happened twice, I again had to notify the shop…and the following evening all was closed and locked. I would have never known if I did not receive notifications on my Toyota app. While the workmanship was done well and the service advisor was very helpful and responded to my calls, I’m not sure I would use Caliber again unless I was assured my car would be locked with all windows closed in the evenings.

The initial meet and greet experience was great, much better than the competition. However, as the repair process started, the true color showed. The original estimate was out of the window and kept increasing daily. The expected completion date also kept extending. It was a good thing that this entire project went through insurance, but I hope my insurance premium wouldn't increase due to this repair.
