This was my first experience with Caliber and I was pleasantly surprised by the care and professionalism throughout the process. The success of this process depends so much on the team you have driving it, and Ruby and Johnny were great partners, being very clear about the process and where I was in that process throughout.

Overall, customer service was fantastic. Ruby at the front desk was very helpful in getting me scheduled and working with me when I was there. Johnny was extremely pleasant and provided great information, keeping me updated throughout. Only issue from a customer service perspective is that Caliber corporate seemed to not have information that the repair was in progress and I continued to receive automated calls to schedule the repair after my car was already dropped off. Not a big deal, but perhaps confusing.

Something underneath my car was bumping against the exhaust and needed to be fixed. Someone else also came in while I was waiting for a repair one day and said their tail light didn't work.
