Again, The poor communication and the fact taht ALL the damage was not assesed at first was an issue.

They fixed the car an dit looks fine. The communication was not easy and it got very complicated with USAa regarding the rental car. Also, the person who helped me at Caliber was not good a comunicating.

Again, i had to call repeatedly to get information. the prson who helped me confused me with another customer and repeatedly called the wrong phone number.
