First off I want to say the staff at caliber collision is friendly and professional. When I dropped off my vehicle the service manager Jonathan stated he would additionally fix some scratches found around the car as courtesy. I was really excited about that. However, I am dissatisfied with the repair namely because I received my vehicle in a condition that was not the same to how it was previous to the accident. All the repair shop did was replace and paint my car's bumper and also replaced a side plastic fender flare. Nobody cleared with me that they would be using an aftermarket bumper which would create noticeable gaps between my bumper and the car body. If I was told ahead of time during the status call, I would have contacted the insurance company to get this done the right way. Also, when I received the car the bumper grill was not installed completely onto the bumper and some parts were popped off with gaps in between. I told Jonathan, who is great as a person, and got it adjusted right away. It's great that I got my car nicely washed and shiny, but I couldn't believe that they didn't install the bumper correctly and also finally that he did not keep his initial promise to fix extra scratches on the vehicle. I may not recommend this shop in the future.
