We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Caliber. We previously had a vehicle repaired at Caliber and both times were pleased with our experience.

We were very pleased with the service we received, especially from Johnny. He kept us informed with regular updates about the progress of the repairs. The repaired area looked brand new and the paint matched perfectly. We appreciated that our car was washed for us. The only issue was after we left, the tire air pressure light came on. When we brought the car back, Johnny checked it out and resolved the problem.

Very reliable and professional. Very happy with the ease to drop off the car, the repairs and general condition of the car upon pick up. Landon even helped with communicating with our insurance who had not sent the deductible waiver ahead of pick up. The only issue was with a 2 day delay in receiving the texts announcing the completion of repairs, not sure where the technical glitch originated.
