My bumper was damaged due to being rear ended. Caliber fixed the dent, but when i picked up my car, two NEW scratches were on the bumber. These were not there before and the attendant told me it could have been damaged when Caliber staff put the bumper back on my car after repairing the dent. He said we can come back to have it fixed, but that would essentially mean I just spent a week in a rental without my car for nothing. In sum, Caliber damaged my vehicle and I will never be visiting or recommending Caliber again.

Caliber damaged my bumper. They told me I could bring it back for repairs but I don't trust them with my vehicle. There are permanent scrapes and scratches that were none initially. Attemdant said they may have dropped the bumper during replacement. Won't be returning or recommending caliber to anyone.

The process was easy and a positive experience. There is a slight dimple on the door that was keyed and a bit of a color fade on a small section of the car. Won't worry for now, but if the color starts to fade, I know the vehicle is guaranteed so I will keep watch. Overall, very good work.
