While it was a little difficult to make the initial appointment, the overall experience was great! They were very efficient and quick with the process, and even went above and beyond to clean my car and put air in my tires before returning it to me.

It seemed like it took a while for us to get the car back. Even when everything seemed to be done, the process of doing the paperwork and getting it ready for pickup took a while. Sounds as if the service advisor who was assigned to the car was out that week, but that shouldn’t delay getting back in my car when the repair work is done.

The team at Caliber was great to work with! Everyone was super friendly and I really appreciated the daily status updates on my repairs. Getting in a car accident sucks but it was nice to have a reliable repair shop to help!
