This was my 3rd or 4th time working with CC on Market St, and my other times were better experiences. This time around, I would call to check on status and not receive a call back, I was given a date for the car to be ready, to call back and find out that the wrong part had been ordered and so the date got pushed back but I would not have known if I did not call. When I picked up the car, the strike plate for the trunk door was not correct that was easily apparent on testing opening and closing the door. The replacement Rav4 emblem was placed on noticeably crooked. And I later found out that the retractable trunk cover was not put back in my car, so had to call to chase that down. Not the quality of service and repair that I am used to.

Mr. Yasin provided wonderful customer service. He is friendly, competent, efficient and explained about the work. He even polished my headlights when I asked if he knew of a way to make them less cloudy. Mr. Yasin cares about customers and doing quality work. Because of my experience at Calibur Collision, I would recommend them.
