The trunk and back bumper were damaged and replaced. The exterior looks great but functionally the trunk has difficultly opening and locking correctly

There is minimal damage to my front bumper that wasn’t there when I bought my car in to be repair there was also a lot of boot mark in the interior from someone getting in and out of the car . It looks as if someone either hit the front bumper or someone pulled up to close to another car.
