Although the car was filthy, they did clean it off. They cleaned all the Byrd poo off, and I appreciate it. The fact that they finally got all the shattered glass out which I didn’t realize was in the car until I was at the supermarket.

He was friendly, very knowledgeable , and professional from estimate at start and throughout the whole process and keeping me updated about what was going on .
