Well I cannot blame Caliber if the scratching or wetness happened at Meineke or from the tow truck, but I picked my car up with a big scratch on the driver/rear side, and the car smelled mildewy and it was because it was wet inside, there were soaked towels thrown in the back truck area that I inspected when I was walked out to my car and pointed out to the gentlemen that accompanied me. Also that there was muddy smears on the inside which he cleaned, but there was a lot more wetness on the floor which caused the inside of the car to fog over the next few sunny/warmer days. It still smells like mildew.
