The work that Caliber Collision has done with my car is beyond extra extraordinary. I especially appreciate how communicative Dwayne, the technician working on my car, was with updates regarding repairs to my vehicle. No one ever hopes that their vehicle needs body work done, but if I ever needed body work done on my car, I will certainly come to Caliber Collision-University City again to handle it. I am very pleased!

My only complaint is that I prefer an over estimate on eta then “oh, it be done by noon,” because most people could reasonably expect that body repair even a small one like the one I had would be an over night job. When I was told I would get the car the same day at noon after dropping it off at 9 o’clock something told me that I was not true and I was right. Otherwise, communication was great and I really appreciated the cleaning and lite tidying up of my car. It was super helpful since I had to hit the road to NYC once picking up my car.

First, Yamin is amazing! He was pleasant, courteous, accommodating, professional, respectful, extremely helpful and with a smile. I was particularly impressed by the way he explained in detail what was parts required repairs and why. Secondly, Caliber proactively kept me informed regarding status of the repairs to my vehicle every step of the way. Third, not only the repairs looked great, but the life time warranty on the repair gives me extra assurance that the repair was well done by experts.
