First, Yamin is amazing! He was pleasant, courteous, accommodating, professional, respectful, extremely helpful and with a smile. I was particularly impressed by the way he explained in detail what was parts required repairs and why. Secondly, Caliber proactively kept me informed regarding status of the repairs to my vehicle every step of the way. Third, not only the repairs looked great, but the life time warranty on the repair gives me extra assurance that the repair was well done by experts.

I am very happy that I chose Caliber to repair my vehicle. My experience with Mark was wonderful, he is very knowledgeable and respectful. Mark was excellent and went above and beyond in his service. He gave weekly updates on progress, was responsive when called, and answered any and all questions in great detail. His team also delivered two weeks ahead of schedule. When it was time to pick up my car, I arrived 10 min past closing time and Matt was willing to wait for me and do a full walkthrough.
