I would recommend however I feel they should be more accurate when giving estimate not add an extra $1000 at the end and then have miscellaneous fees on invoice

I chose Caliber of Upland to repair my GLE 450 because they are Mercedes Certified and recommended by my Mercedes dealer. I was really impressed with the Caliber Team. They were always friendly and professional. My estimator Chris, called me the next day with the estimate, and explained all that would be involved in repairing my vehicle. I appreciated the text messages keeping me informed on where my vehicle was in the process. When I picked up my vehicle, Chris took the time to go through my vehicle and point out everything that was repaired and replaced. Everything looked perfect. In fact, the paint job looked better than the factory paint. I’m really happy with Caliber because they made getting my vehicle repaired easy and stress free.
